The content on this website is provided for general information about our programmes (including Literacy & Library Program, Udyan Digital Literacy, and Sapno Ki Udaan), our approach, and how people can support our work. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or educational advice.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Education and community programmes depend on many factors outside our sole control — including school systems, funding, staffing, local conditions, and participation by students, teachers, and families.

Any descriptions of impact, reach, learning outcomes, timelines, or “results” on this site (including statistics, stories, case studies, and photographs) are illustrative of work we have undertaken or aim to undertake. They should not be read as a promise that the same outcomes will occur for every school, child, or donor contribution.

3. Accuracy of information

We try to keep information current and accurate. Programmes, partners, contact details, and figures may change. Content may be updated, corrected, or removed without prior notice. If something appears outdated or incorrect, please write to info@karunodaya.in.

4. Donations

Donations made to Karunodaya Foundation through bank transfer, UPI, or any other channel shared on this website are voluntary contributions to support our charitable / educational work in Bihar.

  • Making a donation does not create a partnership, employment, agency, or ownership relationship with Karunodaya unless separately agreed in writing.
  • Unless we issue you a valid document for a specific contribution under applicable Indian law (for example, where tax-exemption registration applies), do not assume that your donation is eligible for income-tax deduction or any other fiscal benefit. Please verify tax treatment with your own advisor and with documents we provide for that donation.
  • We may allocate funds across programme needs unless a specific restricted purpose is agreed with us in writing.
  • For donation queries or receipt requests, contact info@karunodaya.in or +91-9479907993.

5. Children, schools, and photographs

Our work involves children and government schools. Images, names, and stories on this website are used to show our work and context. We take care with dignity and consent practices; however:

  • Photographs and stories should not be copied, reused, or republished for commercial or unrelated purposes without our prior written permission.
  • Presence of a child or school in an image does not imply endorsement of any product, campaign, or third party beyond what we explicitly state.

6. Third-party websites and partners

This website may mention partners, funders, government initiatives, or link to third-party sites (for example social media or partner organisations). Those mentions and links are for context. Karunodaya is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites, and a logo or name does not by itself mean an ongoing partnership or endorsement of everything on this site.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, text, design, logos, photographs, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Karunodaya Foundation. You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial awareness.
